The Jewish Federation Annual Campaign provides a safety net for the Jewish community, and builds the foundation for the future of the Jewish community. How? It pumps much-needed dollars into our local Federation agencies and Jewish organizations in Southern New Jersey, and to our two overseas partner agencies.
Among the programs and services funded by Annual Campaign dollars are:
- Family and counseling services
- Programs for individuals with special needs
- Israel experiences
- Senior nutrition programs
- Holocaust education
- Vocational services
- Jewish education, including local day schools
- Cultural and recreational programs
- Absorption programs for new immigrants to Israel
There are many different ways to become involved with the Jewish Federation and its Annual Campaign. All offer educational and networking opportunities, as well as the satisfaction of being part of a vibrant community working to meet urgent human needs. Men and women under age 45 can participate in the Young Adult Division. Women of all ages are welcome in Women’s Philanthropy. People able to make annual gifts of $5,000 or more participate in exciting Major Gifts events and take their place among our community’s leading philanthropists.
